What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
AGIMone operates agimone.com, app.agimone.com and the ad delivery domains used by publisher tags.
2. Publisher data
Account details (name, email, password hash), site information, payout details and support messages. Used to run your account, pay you and prevent fraud.
3. Visitor data on publisher sites
To deliver ads, limit frequency and filter bots, we process the IP address temporarily to derive country and perform abuse checks, derive device, operating system and browser categories from the user agent, and use a frequency counter in the browser.
When measurement collection is enabled, the updated Tag sends the page hostname, including subdomains, and path. Before sending, it removes URL credentials, query strings and fragments, and replaces path segments that resemble an email address, authentication token or other secret with [redacted]. We validate this again on receipt. These Tag safeguards apply when the updated script loads; a script already running receives the update on a natural page reload. We do not retain a full page URL or referrer URL for this measurement.
Optional measurement fields describe whether the tag runs in an iframe; the outer embedding origin (scheme, hostname and port) and how it was obtained; the referrer hostname; screen dimensions; the viewport dimensions of the page or frame running the tag; device pixel ratio; touch-point count; screen orientation; browser language; IANA timezone; delay from page navigation to click; the browser automation indicator; and effective connection type when the browser provides it. A referrer-based embedding hint is labelled as a hint, and unsupported or unavailable values remain unknown. Turning off an optional field stops reading, sending and storing it as measurement metadata for new impressions; it does not just hide the field in reports. Disabling storage of the automation indicator leaves the existing bot checks active.
For Tag impressions, a timer checks whether the opened ad window is still open after a configured interval, initially 2 seconds, and sends one confirmation with the elapsed time. This measures the interval to that check, not whether an ad was visible, loaded, in the foreground or watched, nor the full lifetime of the window. Closing or leaving the page, delayed timers, browser isolation policies such as COOP, CSP restrictions, unavailable cryptographic APIs, a change of IP address or a missing confirmation can cause undercounting. Smart Link impressions use a successful non-bot redirect; their window duration is not measured.
Core measurement data includes a random impression identifier, timestamps, zone and measurement configuration, confirmation elapsed time, and a keyed IP pseudonym scoped to that impression. Secret keys rotate; the current and still-valid previous key allow matching across a rotation. The raw IP is processed transiently and is not stored or logged by this measurement in systems we control. The pseudonym is not a stable visitor identifier across impressions or sites. These core checks remain required when measurement is enabled.
Within this measurement feature, we do not collect canvas, audio or font fingerprints, combine these fields into a fingerprint, or build cross-site visitor profiles. Page and embedding domains are used for statistics; a domain differing from the publisher’s registered site does not itself exclude an impression or reduce its earnings.
4. Sharing
To serve an ad, the visit is passed to the advertising partner selected for it, which handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not sell publisher account data.
5. Retention
Per-impression delivery records, detailed measurement metadata and matched results are retained for 90 days from the original pop date. This limit also applies to temporary spool copies and diagnostic exports containing those details.
Minimal raw confirmation records, including the impression identifier, token, elapsed time and scoped IP pseudonym, are retained for 90 days from their original receipt time. Retrying, replaying or matching a record does not restart either retention period.
Aggregated impression counts and financial amounts are retained long term for reporting and accounting, without page paths, IP pseudonyms or impression identifiers. Detailed domain, path, language and other measurement breakdowns are unavailable after their 90-day retention period.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected].
